Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Ratcliffe & Sons is Gas Safe registered — the official gas registration body for the UK. Every engineer carries an ID card and only registered engineers are legally allowed to work on gas appliances.
How much is a landlord gas safety certificate (CP12)?
Our landlord gas safety check is £60 for up to two appliances, with the CP12 certificate issued after the visit. A gas fire is an additional £50. Get in touch for portfolios or properties with more appliances.
How often does a rental property need a gas safety check?
By law, landlords must have a gas safety check carried out on every gas appliance and flue every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and provide tenants with a copy of the record.
